With over 25 years of experience, DJ Reid is a results-oriented leader with expertise in business operations, economic development, and non-profit leadership. At District by Design, he oversees operations, ensuring client expectations, timelines, and deliverables are met while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
DJ has served in leadership roles on multiple non-profit boards and mentored youth and high school students for over 17 years. Guided by servant leadership, he empowers others to overcome obstacles and achieve their goals in supportive, collaborative environments.
